- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or closely related field
- Current, active Arizona OT license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt intervention techniques to a diverse student population across K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based occupational therapy services for students on your caseload (caseload size is designed to be manageable)
- Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and guidelines
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in both individual and group settings, based on student goals and needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for service delivery and progress monitoring
Contract Details:
- Full-time hours from September 28, 2026 to May 26, 2027
- Engage with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
