- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
- Deliver direct OT interventions and consultative support within the school environment
- Document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing knowledgeable input to student teams
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to facilitate student participation and success
