Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility)
- Open to both seasoned therapists and newly licensed graduates
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Background working with school-age children or a genuine interest in pediatric practice
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver occupational therapy services directly to K-12 students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
- Provide input at IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to student support teams
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment to help students achieve academic and functional success
