What You'll Bring:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure and relevant certification for Minnesota
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to manage a caseload of 20–40 students, primarily setting 4 populations
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services to students
- Develop targeted treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students across a single building, rotating through up to four educational centers
