Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active and valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
- Availability for an on-site role from August 17, 2026, to May 28, 2027 (hard no to virtual/remote work)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-school year meetings with fellow OTs to help distribute and define caseloads, primarily focused on elementary students
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services and support to assigned students
- Document student progress and work with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as needed
