Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license required

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students within two school sites
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student learning and growth
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to IEP development
