Qualifications & Experience:
- Active South Carolina OT license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Conduct thorough assessments and interpret evaluation results to develop tailored intervention plans
- Document student progress, maintain accurate service records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to classroom settings and school routines
- Travel to assigned school locations within the district as needed
This contract position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, from November 30, 2026, through April 2, 2027, providing stability while you make a lasting impact on students' lives.
