Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to students according to their IEP or 504 plans, adapting activities to individual needs
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and monitor progress in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Support classroom staff with strategies and resources for integrating therapeutic interventions into daily activities
- Participate in IEP meetings, communicate student progress to families, and ensure accurate documentation
- Work in partnership with behavioral and special education staff, including BCBA, for seamless, integrated student support
- Provide teletherapy sessions as needed, ensuring equitable service delivery for all assigned students
