School Occupational Therapist | Morton, Pennsylvania

This role is based at a specialized educational center and requires a commitment of five days per week. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and educators to help each student reach their maximum potential. Experience working with this population is essential, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage thorough documentation and paperwork demands.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with prior experience in school settings
- Experience working with children and young adults with autism, multiple disabilities, or significant life skills needs
- Ability to complete timely and detailed documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, team-oriented environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K–22 students with diverse and complex needs
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and interdisciplinary planning
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with program standards
- Consult with staff and families to promote student success and independence
