Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials eligible for practice in schools
- Demonstrated experience working with school-age students with autism, multiple disabilities, and life skills needs
- Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely documentation
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students in the Low Incidence Program
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough evaluation records and progress documentation in line with program policies
- Support program goals through effective communication and teamwork
