Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid California Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document services, evaluations, and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop effective intervention plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to IEP teams
