Occupational Therapist School Setting - Naperville, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Demonstrated recent experience working in a school-based OT setting
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-6th grade students with a variety of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom accommodations and inclusive learning environments
- Communicate with families and team members to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
