Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Current Illinois licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation requirements
- Collaborative approach with educators, parents, and support staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students individually or in groups, tailored to educational goals
- Conduct assessments and develop student-centered intervention plans
- Document progress, complete reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and family members to ensure coordinated care strategies
- Adapt therapy techniques to both virtual and in-person settings as needed
