Qualifications and Experience:
- Active California OT License required
- Previous experience as an occupational therapist in schools is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based therapy techniques

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of needs
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to help students achieve functional goals related to their school environment
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving to foster student engagement and achievement
