Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
