Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Current and active OT licensure required
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including PT and APE professionals
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse PreK-8 caseload and adapt interventions for individual student needs
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite at Moton Lakefront campus
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, other therapists, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Mentor and coordinate with a COTA who provides support once weekly
