Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to support students’ educational goals.
- Assess students’ functional performance and identify areas requiring support.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Support fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and activities of daily living as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or applicable qualifying degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- School-based experience preferred; qualified candidates with other clinical experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve greater independence and success
