Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Current licensure and credentials as an Occupational Therapist
- School-based OT background, particularly within programs supporting autism, life skills, or multiple disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and compliance requirements
- Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and communicating effectively with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload spanning K–age 22 within the Low Incidence Program
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Maintain thorough and compliant paperwork, documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader goals of student support teams
- Consult with educators, aides, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development
