Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license
- Current Ohio School OT certification
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of student needs and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-8 students
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities and progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Participate in student evaluation, eligibility, and IEP meetings as needed
- Educate staff and families on therapeutic interventions to support student success in the classroom and beyond
- Maintain timely records and adhere to all federal, state, and district regulations
Position Details:
- Part-time contract, working 12 hours per week across 2–3 days
- Caseload concentrated within the K-8 age group
- Collaborate with supportive educational staff in a welcoming school setting
