Qualifications / Experience:
- Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license (required)
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Familiarity with diverse disabilities, including ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, LD, and more
- Passion for working with a K-12 population
- Adaptability to varying caseloads (15–35 students)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver school-based OT services across grades K–12
- Serve students with a range of disabilities, supporting their participation in academic and daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals
- Utilize evidence-based strategies in multiple school settings (Wallingford and Norwalk campuses)
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
