Per Diem School Occupational Therapist - Norwalk, Ohio

This onsite position, based near Norwalk, OH, covers the full spectrum of school-aged students (PreK–12) at a single campus. Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience or strong interest in working across PreK–12 school environments
- Solid understanding of OT evaluation protocols and documentation standards
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage varying caseloads as school needs evolve
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough OT evaluations for students referred by educational staff
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions based on IEP/504 goals
- Keep detailed records of interventions, progress, and outcomes
- Consult with teachers and staff to recommend classroom adaptations and accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed throughout the academic year
