- Prior experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with students, families, and staff
- Comfort adapting interventions to meet a wide variety of student needs across multiple grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to support students’ academic success and participation
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and additional specialists to integrate therapy goals within classroom routines
- Document student progress and prepare timely, accurate reports for IEP meetings and compliance
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to develop effective support strategies for students
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric and educational occupational therapy
