Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT services
- Background in home health or teletherapy preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable to changing caseloads and diverse environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and direct services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and district guidelines
- Engage in both in-person and virtual interventions, based on student needs
- Share expertise at IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Participate in ongoing professional development
