- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with developing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capable of adapting and traveling between school sites as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Assess student needs, set goals, and document progress throughout the school year.
- Work closely with educators and families to ensure effective integration of therapy into student learning.
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop tailored strategies that address students’ specific challenges.
- Travel between multiple elementary schools to manage caseload and deliver consistent support.
