Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a 5th-12th grade caseload, addressing fine motor skills, sensory needs, and daily living activities
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and maintain thorough records
- Consult and collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy recommendations into classroom routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Offer guidance to staff and parents on supporting student growth and progress
