Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license valid in the state of Washington
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services in K-12 school settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and comfortable utilizing technology to connect with students virtually
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual needs and IEP goals
- Passion for working with children and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide engaging teletherapy sessions tailored to students’ IEP requirements
- Collect data, maintain thorough documentation, and regularly track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational experiences
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Maintain compliance with state and school policies and regulations
