Occupational Therapist School Setting in Osseo, MN

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid OT licensure in the state
- Experience working as an OT in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in developing and carrying out IEPs
- Adaptability, creativity, and patience in supporting students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ unique strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support learning goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within the educational environment
- Educate and advise staff on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
