With multiple school sites on your schedule—including Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary—you will have the autonomy to organize your daily visits, typically serving 1-3 campuses per day according to student needs and your own preferred workflow.
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Occupational Therapy licensure is required.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing a diverse caseload.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied school environments and student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed, with autonomy to create your own daily schedule.
