- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan
- Experience or strong skills in school-based, home health, and/or teletherapy occupational therapy environments
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with children, families, and educational or healthcare teams
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting home-based occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for children birth to three
- Developing individualized plans aligned with each child's unique needs and family goals
- Providing direct therapy—both in-person and remotely—to stimulate developmental progress
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintaining thorough records and compliance with state and federal requirements
