Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple campuses
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Dedication to student-centered practice and collaboration with educational teams
- Commitment to onsite services throughout the assignment (no virtual/remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Develop and implement intervention plans, progress reports, and data collection
- Collaborate actively with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Travel between assigned school sites to provide consistent support
- Contribute positively to the school community and ongoing professional development
