Key Qualifications:
- Active OT licensure and certification for the state of California
- Previous experience in school-based, home health, and teletherapy settings preferred
- Ability to manage a pediatric caseload independently (TK-6th grade)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort adapting OT services to meet individual student needs
- Passion for promoting developmental growth and academic success in children
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for a caseload of 55 students, ages TK through 6th grade
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver therapy services both on-site and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Document progress, maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff for optimal student outcomes
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and engaging therapeutic setting
