Qualifications:
- Active state Occupational Therapist license (OT)
- Prior experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Familiarity with a range of strategies for supporting students with varied developmental needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
- Deliver direct and consultative OT interventions as outlined in student IEPs
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with school teams to adapt environments, materials, and routines for student success
- Offer guidance to educators and families on strategies to support student participation and independence
- Support K-12 students across a diverse network of school locations
