Qualifications/Desired Experience:

- Experience working in school-based settings or pediatric environments preferred
- Comfortable providing therapy in-person and via teletherapy
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy best practices for school-aged children
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address academic, behavioral, and functional goals
- Deliver occupational therapy services within the school, home health, or virtual environment as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into educational plans
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports that support assessments, progress, and outcome evaluation
- Consult and educate school staff and families regarding strategies to support students’ development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
- Adapt therapy delivery modes to best serve each unique student
