Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OT license in California
- Experience in schools (K-12 preferred)
- Full-time availability starting within the next 2 weeks
- Must be comfortable working across up to 4 school sites (typically 1-2)
- Not open to SLPA or COTA applicants
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, program administrators, and other staff
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Engage in virtual interviews via Zoom with school administration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt to varying workplace settings and team structures
