Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Previous school-based OT experience; comfortable working with K-12 students of varying needs and abilities
- Excellent assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to onsite environment and various ages/grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students across all K-12 grades
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services onsite in compliance with student IEPs and school policies
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student goals
