Occupational Therapist School Setting in Peabody, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist credentials/certification (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of pediatric OT interventions, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, students, and families
Role Details:
- Provide direct OT services to K-5 students across two school sites
- Manage a manageable caseload of students in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess students’ needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and track progress toward goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
- Empower students to achieve independence in school activities through evidence-based strategies and adaptive techniques
