- Evaluate students to determine strengths, needs, and areas for development
- Design and implement therapy plans tailored to support each student’s abilities and IEP goals
- Work with teachers and staff to modify classroom materials and activities for greater accessibility
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, services provided, and compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and recommended interventions
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and the school community
