Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103
Pay: Local starting at $45+/hour | Travel starting at $55+/hour equivalent
Hours: Full-time, school-based
Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school district in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers the opportunity to support students across K–12 settings while making a meaningful impact on academic and developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Pennsylvania OT license (or ability to obtain)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
