Position Details
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Student Population: PreK–8th Grade
- Caseload Model: Workload-based, determined by student service minutes and program needs
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required.
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required prior to starting (Level 1 Fingerprint Card does not meet the requirement).
