What We’re Looking For:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working within school systems or with pediatric populations
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Comfortable adapting to varied school environments and student needs
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services onsite at 1–2 assigned school locations
- Evaluate student needs and provide therapy to address identified goals
- Complete IEPs, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
- Contribute to a positive team environment that supports student success
