- Ability to adapt interventions to individual students and classroom settings
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care goals
- Evaluate student progress, document outcomes, and update interventions as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure cohesive support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the special education process
