This full-time, full-school-year opportunity supports students with diverse needs, ranging from mild to severe, across multiple sites.
Licensed Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants with strong school-based experience are encouraged to apply. While all direct services will be delivered in person, COTAs are eligible for virtual OT supervision—perfect for those who thrive working independently within a team-minded network. This role does not allow for fully remote (Voco) work.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid OT or COTA licensure in California
- Previous experience in a school-based environment required for COTAs
- Comfortable working with students with a broad range of needs, ages, and abilities
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites (itinerant role)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, in-person occupational therapy services to students with mild to severe support needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports in accordance with district standards
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings as needed
