Key Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in school-based occupational therapy.
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation for students in grades K-12.
- Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services for students across all grade levels, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Assess student eligibility for services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input to progress reports and team discussions.
- Effectively document sessions, maintain compliance with state and district regulations, and track student progress.
- Provide training or consultation for educators and families about accessibility or sensory strategies as appropriate.
