- Ability to adapt interventions to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Proficient in documentation and progress reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services according to IEP guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student participation and achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, reporting regularly on outcomes
- Assist with developing strategies and accommodations to foster student independence and classroom success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student programs
- Support a positive, inclusive, and accessible school environment for all students
