Occupational Therapist School Setting in Portland, ME

Qualifications and Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP/504 goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment to enhance student participation
