Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued

- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborative approach with educators and other specialists
- Flexibility in adapting to various caseloads and school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, as specified by IEPs
- Assess students’ functional abilities, develop educationally relevant goals, and document progress
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding classroom modifications and strategies to support student engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and participation in daily school activities
