Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a varied K-12 student caseload according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
