Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Massachusetts OT license
- Previous experience or clinical rotation in a school-based environment is preferred
- Understanding of K-8 developmental milestones and educational needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on individualized education goals
- Assess students’ needs, create targeted treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to integrate OT strategies across academic settings
- Provide recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology as appropriate
- Engage families and caregivers in supporting student progress
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and documentation standards
