Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid OT license in California (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience—or strong interest—in working with K-12 students in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Adaptable and proactive in addressing students’ individualized needs
- Comfortable working onsite and open to collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
