Occupational Therapist School Setting in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

With a commitment of 40 hours per week across 5 days, you’ll develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Previous experience in school, home health, and healthcare environments
- Comfort working with cross-categorical student populations
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students across various school sites
- Travel as needed between locations to reach students within your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and objectives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services provided
